1-What are your payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Credit Card, Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
2. American Express ( Only in Turkish Lira )
3. Bank Wire/Transfer
4. Western Union
5. Money Gram

If the payment will not be by credit or debit card, you may contact your sales representative to get information how to make the payment by other methods. The sales representative will provide you the details of bank wire, western union and Money gram.

 

2-How can I use bonus points on my credit cards?

Unfortunately, we don’t process payments by Credit Cards bonus points for now.

 

4-How safe is payment via credit card?

We pride ourselves in providing a highly secure and safe shopping for our customers. All your Credit card details are encrypted from your bank and the safe payment gateway, hence no information is shared or saved by us.

 

5-Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we don't provide Cash on Delivery options at the moment. However, there are different payment safe and convenient methods available.
